Twinkle is Sabrinas twin sister from Sabrina the teenage witch and she lives in the that side that they go in where witches and warlocks live it is out of the mortal realm. However Twinkle too has magic that comes out of the end of her index finger so I would be careful how you tread around her if I was you and be aware of her talking black cat. :lol:
