My boss is such a bitch

She is such a big bully, she likes to single people out, shout at them infront of the whole office. Everyone is scared to answer her back.

Her constant criticism is de-motivating and makes work life so unbearable. Her behaviour results in a poor working environment and leaves me feelin like I dont want to return at the end of each day. Im in the process of looking for another job, its a shame to have to leave because of her, but Iam left with no other option. Everybody in the office feels the same.

But because she's been in the company over 17 yrs and kisses so much ass then she has a lot of dickheads who would back her up. God I just want to scream.

If she wasnt around this job would be heaven, cos the others in the office are brilliant people and the job itself is a gift.

So thats me done for my bitching for today. LOL

I'd report her for verbal abuse. I don't know about where you are, but shouting at staff is illegal in Australia. It's classed as bullying and abuse. A person can get immediate dismissal for shouting at (not to) another staff member in that manner.

I will agree with you...There is nothing as bad as a crabby older woman...Especially as she ages...PMS and everything else....I think all older women detest young good looking women as they see their life ebbing away.....Write her a letter with someone else's handwritting telling her what a miserable bitch that she is...Make it so that she will never know who wrote it and then become the best actress that there ever was....Good luck....C

I have to agree with the last post - all the girls in our office are all young, pretty, outgoing and seem to have it all - boyfriends, houses, engagements and she's left sitting on the shelf. She's mid 40, no partner, never married and no kids. Its no wonder she's a moany bitch.

And to the post before that - Im in the UK, there is no law against shouting at staff here. I wouldnt dare report her for harrassment because she has so many people who would back her up and kiss her ass. She has friends in high places, so I wouldnt dare even waste my time. Im just gonna concentrate on getting my degree and getting the hell out of there
