I wonder what kind of work you do that keeps you from using the bathroom for so long your knicks get yellow? Have you tried time training yourself. That is going one day every hour ( or a comfortable time period) then gradually increasing the time ? Bladders are usually very trainable this way .

Im a receptionist so I can go to the loo whenever I want - I usually need to wee about every hour anyway. Its just sometimes i get caught on the phone or signing people in and then have to run to the loo...

I know a girl who used to go all the time and have prtoblems getting there on time. After several infections the doctor discovered that here urethra was scared so the opening was restricted making it hard to empty her bladder completely she was just releiving her pressure when she went so her bladder overflowed soon after going. After a very siimplke day surgury she can hold it with best of them , in fact it came up when going to a movie she ordered a huge movie pop with her pop corn drank it all sat through the movie no problem. She then saw a line up for the bathrooms and waited till we got home where she had an impressive pee that is when she told us of her previous problem and how easilly she could have lived with it .
