ODN - I have been thinking about you, hope it is ging well. I remember the first week after having Alexander and struggling with the healing of a c-section and trying to establish breast feeding and how hard it was. Think I shred a few tears. I hope you are having a wonderful time with your new-born...it goes so quickly! I'm really looking forward to seeing his photo xxxx

Hi amberdite well we have been thinking and if little baba wanted us to know what sex it is then it would have its legs open for all to see. so we are just going to wait for a surprise in december.
baby is moving more and more every day now and it feels weird but really nice to! and when it moves around its like our little secret cuz nobody else knows its happening or can feel it

work is doing me in at the mo and just lately im not sleeping well at all baba like to know its there when i go to bed, which is sweet but i miss my sleep!
guess ive got to get used to that??

Hi ladies!!!!

Just a quick update while Hayden's asleep.....it's all good...am absolutely LOVING motherhood...he's a delight, and such a good boy...we're managing to get about 3-4 hours between feeds already, and he was weighed Monday, at 8lbs 1oz, and again today at 8lbs 5ozs (in 2 days?!!!)!!! My God...the child is a ganet! Newborns are supposed to lose weight initially, especially when breast feeding! He just guzzles, and guzzles, until I think he may go pop! Loving his food, like his mother!

He pulls the best faces, and I'm going to try to upload some pics of him now...

Oooh ODN he is gorgeous, I want one hehehe. Sounds like he is really good too and you are in your element, a natural mother. You look amazing in your photo, not at all like you have just had a baby. He is def going to be another handsome boy with those beautiful dark looks.

Natalie, how amazing to see you and your bump, again you look great. You girls are making me broody again ....nooooooooooooooooooooooo!

Motherhood does really suit you and obviously Hayden loves your milk How are you feeling (other than full of love for your son)? Are you recovering well from the c-section? Try to come on and update us as much as possible and post more pics!! He is so adorable!!

he is absolutly gorgeous! you seem to have taken to it all like a duck to water. i'm thrilled for you. so sorry you had to go through all what you did. hope you are feeling ok now.

nat - you look really fab. pregnancy really agrees with you. can't believe how fast things are going!

well i've been backwards & forwards from hospital in last 2 weeks. had to go for growth scan cos midwife wanted to check that baby was growing ok. i've got a small bump for 31 weeks. when i went in the sonographer did the biz (measuring etc) & then discovered that theres not much fluid around the baby. she then tells me lots of bad things that could happen if its not corrected or whatever! which in turn, got me really upset

so there was me worried all weekend about until monday, until i saw a consultant. he then told me these things would be worse case scenerio. which prob won't happen! so now i have to go for weekly check ups with doppler scans & CTG's.

i was fuming with the sonographer though i'm suprised my blood pressure wasn't sky high on the monday! stupid woman. my hubby wasn't amused with her either. we made sure we told a few people.

so thats whats been going on with me.

also, my sis had a beautiful baby boy on monday night! i can't wait to see him (my sis lives away) all these babies make me really want mine now!

anyway, sorry to bore you all. i will try & be better at keeping up to date!

Nat you are certainly glowing and growing!

I had my 20 weeks scan today, everything was fine and we found out that we are having a girl! everyone said they thought wed have a boy but as there seems to have been a lot of boys around here lately i thought someone surely needed to even out the balance! So I toddled off to Tescos tonight to buy a few pink things.. dont want to buy too much as i know they grow so fast but i thought as newborn says "up to 11 llbs" they should last for a little while. We get the keys to our new house a week today so this time next week ill be frantically cleaning!

Off to bed now I am shattered, hope you are all ok! Sorry to hear you are having a rough time Emma-dont let them stress you out too much and make sure everyone around you is taking good care of you.

Wow ... a lot of crickets in here lol...... So I had figured out that if I got pregnant around my birth day that I would be set up to have the baby around my husbands birthday .... kinda like a present to both of us lol......
Well just found out that my sis in laws due date is my husbands birthday he has been so good to me too, we've both been having trouble not being jealous that its her not us expecting. I mean I'm happy for her but its really hard to want to get involved and not feel upset. ..... enough of my bitching and crying i guess ..... .

ODN I hope everythings going great for you. would love some updated pics.

Just thought I'd give you an update, a lil baby was born (Kian) on the 16th August - 6 weeks early at 4 pound 13 ounces we spent 10 days in neo-natal but are now home and he is doing well just trying to build up his weight now.
