Terry is holding Jay and Jase pleads with him. Terry reveals that he knows Jase has been taking money from him - Jase tells him he was going to pay it all back. Terry says itís not about money, itís about what has happened in the past.
Billy listens to the police cautioning Terry and his men and then hears footsteps approaching. A policeman tells Billy to get out. Billy is also cautioned and is lead out by the officer.
Jay manages to get himself out of the van. He sees Billy coming out of the flat and runs up to ask what happened. At that moment the paramedics bring Jase out and put him into the ambulance. Jay tries to get in too, but a policeman holds him back.
