Which one of these statements best describes how you keep your medicine?

  • I prefer not to call it a medicine Cabinet it's more a health Cabinet. Well stocked with the latest and best new supplements and minerals to keep me
  • Most products are organised in a Cabinet out of the reach of the children and I also have the essentials in a first aid kit for emergencies
  • I've had my Cabinet for years and it's over-flowing. I rarely throw anything away, you never know when you might need it.
  • I'm always on the move so only keep the bare medical essentials in a neat travel bag that fits easily into my hand luggage.
  • I've got drawers, Cabinets and boxes full to the brim with lotions, potions and pills - you name it I've got it! I'm always checking it and topping

  • I usually have to look after myself although it is lovely (though rare) when family members help out
  • My mum.
  • On the rare occasions I am ill, I look after myself perfectly well and am usually back on my feet in no time
  • I'd love my GP to monitor me to find out why I get ill so often, or a modern day Florence Nightingale to check I don't take a turn for the worse
  • Me, whenever I feel my chi slipping I take a little 'retreat time' where some intensive meditation and yoga gets me back in shape.

What's your top tip for getting better?

  • Exercise. I've always kept fit and haven't had to see a doctor since I was a kid.
  • Ensure you have a variety of different medicines for all eventualities and check they are in date so they are at their most effective. Look after ev

  • Think positive and be prepared.
  • Avoid public places where you can pick up germs and delve into your medicine collection regularly to keep up your immune system.
  • A wholesome approach, you must take care of your entire wellbeing and allow yourself to heal. Eat healthily, drink plenty of green tea and use only

Who do you consult when you are ill?

  • Myself. The one time I have been sick in the last ten years I went out jogging and that sorted me right out.
  • Usually the family GP, pharmacist or my mum.
  • My close family. I'm always picking up tips.
  • I know what works for me by now so usually no-one, although I'll go private and see a specialist if I need to.
  • GPs, pharmacists, friends, family, Chinese medicine doctors, the internet, colleagues, and magazines - need I go on?
  • My herbalist or a book of natural remedies I have at home.
