Willie Talau was part of one of the most successful sides in St Helens' history. Salford City have signed New Zealand centre Willie Talau from St Helens.
The 32-year-old played his last game for Saints in Saturday's 24-16 Grand Final defeat to Leeds Rhinos after six seasons with the club.
Talau is expected to join Salford for pre-season in December after returning from duty with Samoa in the World Cup.
He joins winger Dean McGillivray, also from St Helens, and prop Rob Parker from Warrington as Salford's new signings in October.
