'Hollyoaks' star Garnon Davies was "terrified" about his kissing scene with co-star Loui Batley.
Garnon - who plays geeky Elliott Bevan in the soap - says his kiss with Sarah Barnes, played by Loui, was extremely nerve-wracking.
He said: "Loui and I were absolutely terrified about the kissing scene. She's one of my best friends in the cast - and I'm gay, so I haven't kissed many women recently! We're getting used to it now, but it was very weird to begin with."
Sarah and Elliott's kiss comes after she confesses her love for him and shows her own potential as a geek by reciting all 10 actors who have played the Timelord in 'Doctor Who' in order.
I'm really chuffed because they make such a sweet couple.
Her knowledge of the sci-fi show bowls Elliott over, and it isn't long before the couple are locking lips.
Garnon adds: "I'm really chuffed because they make such a sweet couple."
Garnon's lovelife is also looking rosy in real life.
